You see we have a great line up tonight (Friday March 23rd) at the Red Devil Lounge. We have FOR THE MASSES, a Depeche Mode & more tribute band opening the show. Following them is ERASURE-ESQUE, an Erasure tribute band. Then closing the show will be your very own NOTORIOUS! – all your fav 80′s thru today’s hits!!

Will be amazing. Sure to be a great night of mainly 80′s music all in one place. I can’t wait to see you there!

It’s been a great year and things just keep totally getting better. Thanks for being with us all year and let’s all look forward to an even better year in 2012!

It’s gonna be a blast – We have special guests Stay Tuned who play T.V. themes like you’ve never heard them before, and Buda Belly – Rub that belly for good rock!

I have not been to this festival in such a long time that I didn’t realize what a bear it was going to be getting in. This city was jam packed with people from all over the Bay Area, the streets were lined with cars and the parking lots full for blocks. Fortunately, once we figured out where we were supposed to be all went smooth for load in.
What a fantastic crowd – and some great bands! Starting the day off was Men Without Hats (although there was some confusion since they were not all men and not all the men were without hats! What gives?), followed by The Romantics (super nice guys) and The Human League, then finally Notorious at the climax wrapping the day up. And what a climax!

Everyone at the festival was so cool – the bands, the staff especially, and the fantastic fans. And while all the bands were great to hang out with backstage, I had my heart set on getting a picture with the girls of The Human League :-0

By the way, in case you’re not aware, we are collectively the tallest band in the world (note, the HL girls are wearing rather large heels and still we managed to peak over them) and this day we continued to go unchallenged.

Unfortunately, we all got so wrapped up in the day that I’m not sure we got many other pictures. We’ll see what surfaces, and hopefully those of you who were at the show will post some here and there and they’ll eventually end up on one of our social pages where everyone can enjoy them. What a great start to a jam packed month of top shelf shows for Notorious!

Yes, we do a lot of weddings, but as you’ll see, the weddings we play are not your average weddings.

This is a typical outdoor wedding, totally amazing setting, family property.

Not only do we get to have a great time with these folks, but we get to spend a beautiful day (between set up and party time) enjoying this property and the surrounding area.

While it’s normal to be served some spectacular food from the wedding caterers, as is the case tonight as well, sometimes with a lot of down time we decide to go off campus and enjoy the local digs.

This one went a little late for a Napa wedding so it got a little chilly, but everyone rocked it into the night. A great time had by all!
